Yes the continual caps lock is rather annoying. It is reminiscent of talking to women on chat sites in the 90s lol..Joking but seriously seriously bad form to do so all the time.

If you have a memory like a sieve then use a post it or write on your hand?

Better still....Leave the caps lock on and keep the shift key held down????
