Same depot for your way i think? (Dunmow). Yeah they only really do them when they alarm or landlords get stroppy about it. One RDB here got hit so much in the month it was there it got too much really.

never done it with 50p as you may as well put a "unchipped" sign onit for the collectors, always used quids. last 2 I knew of where switched off Thursday and when asked If we could play it I got the answer "sorry we have been told there is a fault on it"

I had about 6 claremonts, I don't care what anyone says, on a ready unit after u've taken the first pot some versions just won't SH for shit, so 50's are essential. Mine lasted an age so as long as ur not to over the top 50's are fine. Collectors don't have a fuckin clue about versions or chipped/unchipped.
If certain suppliers were bothered about them then they'd get em fixed, they still make %age and if ur clever enough and not a fuckin idiot then u won't alarm one by taking silly risks.
Most of em probably alarmed by clueless coke drinking coin jinglers tryin to show off, fuck knows how they get told anything.
I did it on the 1st 1 I ever did - a Star Wars. Fucking pile of shit! I got paid out the next day and it was, as we all know, chipped since its impossible to clear the FATAL ERROR!

Impossible to clear as a punter but not if u have the keys. I've known units get belled by planks and still be workers after. Same as cash attacks and oches/darts back in the day.
