Freshly sited machines

i read something a few years back that machines have a "0" percentage payout at reset in a new pub and the more its played the percentage rises, once it reaches the machines set payout (eg) 78% the machine plays as it normally would.... which entices average gamblers to think its a good paying machine and to keep playing! .. bell fruit (bell end!!) were prone to it!!!

More like regulars not knowing how to play them in the first few weeks, thus losing more money. Once they suss stuff out then machines more hammered. Simple.

All awps newly sited get fully floated on install.

All awps swapped for a newer machine on site get the float from the last machine added plus any £1s in the cash box added till full float is managed.

As far as companys changing the % after the 1st weeks -2 weeks play is just silly, an awps % runs over every £1000 put through the machine, so if i change one of my awps % down from 80% to 72% tomorrow yes there will be a slight change but it will only be gradual, most companys set between 72-78% untill the new +6% got added to machines, now they set at 72% to allow for the extra +6% getting added to the 50p start.

If you dont see a +6% bulb on the awp dont panic its coz most machine dont even get this bulb added anymore as its now just considered to be known that 50p play adds 6%, so its not been disabled because its written into the program and we cant change that as opperators.

So are all 50p play games +6%? I didn't think that was most of our experience?

As far as i knew not all machines give extra 6%, others give enhanced features or super mode to start with, etc.

Monster Cash is the only newest machine i have seen with the 6% bulb.

I think it's a JJG i've seen that says 50p awards double numbers +6% but there isn't actually a bulb for the +6% like on a red.
