4 Reel DOND

Could anyone who knows the emptier on this possibly send me a quick PM? I know the emptier, I just want to double check one thing about telling if it's chipped or not? Would appreciate it.

if you know the emptier, surely it doesnt cost much to find out if its chipped, even without any more knowledge?

why do people think that the ones were all 4 reels spin are chipped haha
