How many of you were doing the old chips beetlemania's (i.e the ones that let you do as many red/black as you like), did a few myself, but they were quickly chipped

yup. had a good one until last year when all the new style fruits replaced the old ones. Beetles were good, as was the one with the beehives.

Jesus...what did you do with yourself after that?

If you don't mind me asking, was it money you had in the bank, or was it borrowed/credit cards etc?

Been there plenty of times and a fair few £3K+ bets on football not good but hey if gambling was easy everyone would do it

Well the week before i'd been in the same arcade and took won £1,400 from £20 with a very lucky streak on an S16, so me thinking i had cash to spare went back in to try the other S16, bad move or what, lol.

I put in about £2,700 altogether and left with about £650 after 4 days non-stop play 10-4!

It was the worst play of my life, to get the other £1,300 ontop of my winning from the week before i had to borrow it out of my busniess, it was a major feck up and i risked what i've worked years building up....

The reason it's a good thing is since that day i haven't been on a bender, it made me see the light, the most i'll ever take in now is £50, win lose or draw i leave the cash cards at home!

It probably was, soul destroying as well though I bet.

On a s34 - about £350 down on an 'Empire' Project. Proper full, later chip, wouldn't go. Where was PMK when I needed him?

on a s16 - about £450 down on an 8 Liner. Pile of filth.

On a FOBT - about £400+ down just doing big red/blacks.

On a Red Gaming - About £90 down on a chipped FUS in a services.

On a Barcrest - About £120 into a Crystal Maze

On an Ace - About £150 into a dodgy Robin Hood in a dodgy pub.

On a BFG/BFM - about £60 into a wierd chip Dr. Who TimeLord on £3 jackpot that was screwed up! Only had about five boards for that!!! Must have been saving for massive streak - or just rigged. Ah christ - that crazy fruits in Sun Valley on New Street. £200 down on that once.

On a Mazooma - about £105 into a Disco Inferno that kept taking £25ish to get a roll in numbers - dead, then went red. Wierd chip. White horse. One in Village Hotel/Spa on A45. Dark Line would know it, near that Cranleys with the GrandSpam.

On a JPM - About £80 in a 74% Sonic.

On a JPM/ACE - £90 down on my first play on Caeser's!!!! It was on 74%, but the things I didn't know. I bet it had a good few in after I'd left it. Hindsight eh?

On an MDM - about £12 down in a full up The Mob which wasn't playing ball.

On an Astra - think I've done £160ish in a Part Times before now.

On a Union Games - about £60 down on a Crazy Bingo that was on a dodgy % in Thomas's.

On a Novomatic - about £16 down on that poker game - never really bothered with this filth.

On a Maygay - About a 1'er down on a new chip TGE with small streak save that just wouldn't go!

On an Extreme - About £45 down on a Bucketloads that for some reason I went for the free as I thought it was due. May have dropped next board. Probably was due, over due. Silly.

On an Electrocoin - Pffft probably done a few 1'ers in nasty full up rusty nails in my time. Nothing too heinous.

On a Vivid - Think I lost about £20 in a bottle bank once, same in 'He who dares spins'. Same in 'Hi/Lo Karate'. Maybe £30 down on a dodgy shark dead, chased, not repeating, taking the piss.

On an Empire - Lost about £50 of Return of the Haunted House. Didn't know profile. Chinese shark ripped out two jackpots pretty quick after me.

On a Global - Lost just over a 1'er in Beaver at LFE!!

On a Quiz machine - Lost £10 each with mate playing £1 a go millionaire in a Spoons whilst drunk, screen not working properly - ripped off!! We might have had a couple of free games - no prize though!

On a Vending machine - lost a qiud in one once.

will give this one a go myself:

s16: oceans 11, £800
FOBT: £600
Red: £110 (legal tender in charing cross station, must have gone HUGE then refilled, ended up costing a fortune to go red, and did a really shit roll when it did)
Crest: £120 (full of beans in clacket lane, cost £180 to give the MS from £10 first board!!!!)
Ace: £60 (cash raider, trying to do the empty on it, what was it? red viking features were free or something)
BFG: £100+ in a LOTR return of the king trying to force it lol
Mazooma: hmmm... a bit stuck, £80 on a cabin fever that cost £140 for the IM, probably had worse tbh
JPM: oh god knows pass, £50ish or something
Astra: £100+ on party time sessions (those things are terrible!)
Maygay: hmm not sure, £70ish lets say
Global + clones of global: £150+ on goldrush
Empire: £90 on this wierd square style game!
Quiz: £15ish on a DOND, was pissed naturally!

FOBT about £800 after covering about about 90% of the board must have lost about 30 spins on bounce, then when my number came in it was one I had a low stake on. Then someone tryed to shark me ( on a random machine!) he done about the same as me( didnt feel as bad then)

S16 Dont play them (never seen the appeal to them)

Red Invincible normally reliable for me done about £150 which was just not playing ball even though showing signs

Barcrest ( no real horror stories probably about £40 forcing a darts clone too early )

Maygay probably about £30 on a £5 jackpot X marks the Spot

Bellfruit Deal or no Deal beat the banker about £80

games media/global/cool games probably between £10- £20 only normally play them for a few boards

Mazooma £80 on a coronation street naturally full going upto top zone ()shots first board) takes about £100 for flat £25. was still chucking in £2 boards just before finally went

Add one to that.

On line slots - £1130 (play money)

Where to start?

Who wants to be a Stallionaire? by Microgaming, hosted by Ladbrokes.

10p/spin to £10/spin.

Win up to 500x stake with a 'Bust the bookie' top feature that can go for x2000 (three repeats on 500x jackpot)

I whack in £200, planning to bonus whore a bit and test the water on 10p/spin.

About half an hours play and I'm getting the feel of things. Then I think I've found an emptier. Don't laugh or I'll kill you. When it offers a hold, you can increase your bet.

I think get a win - increase bet to £10 and hold the win when offerred. Nope, it's not that stupid, you can't do that. However after losing a bit more I work out there are points on the bottom reels when you have horseshoes in a certain position and a certain number of trail helds that you can switch to 10p to £10 and get a feature.

I do this pretty much successfully about 5 times. Every time on £10 it goes from paddock to paddock (useless) to paddock to Bankrupt. Nothign offerred. Like a dead card shark. I go on tilt and spunk off about £400 on £10 spin as I discover it's NOT an emptier. I rebuy in, try again, no joy. I notice now when I switch down to 10p it's 'streaking'. Streaks for about £40 and then dies. I spunk off another £200 trying to empty it. Rebuy, £200. I get my first bust the bookie on 10p. £50+trueskill(!) repeat for £50 to make a £100 win. Shame I'm so much down. Doesn't even offer another repeat, just stops and goes back to spin. Max win on 10p is essentially £200.
I try the same system, but on £2 spin. A few more tweaks and tilts and it's £1000 down with a rebuy. I lose about £70 then "Internet explorer has encountered a problem and has to close". Nice of Bill Gates to put a fail safe anti-tilt doing brains feature in Windows XP.

I felt like smashing my computer. That would be another £500 though so I didn't.

Look I'm really cross and just need some kind words and some sympathy and the emptier for Walk of Wealth and Warped and the method for Beat The Banker and I think I may have an emptier for another real section 34 fruit machine, but I have to try it first. Also any other hints and tricks. Thanks. If you need any help on 'Who wants to be a stallionaire?' there's the obvious don't play it - and if you do play it then cash accumulator is win series for *160 pretty much every time and it doesn't do holds after nudges or three time holds but apart from that is quite like a 'pub fruity'.

Stick to 10p play. Horrible bastard machine. I see from the banner above they have Deal or no Deal - What's in the box at Ladbrokesgames. I'll try that. I bet it doesn't have any good features on it though.

I'm really angry. I need to calm down. What a twat I was. Why the fuck do I tilt so badly? I suppose I wouldn't be a gambler if I was calm and sensible. AAAARRRRRRGHHHH FUCK!!!! Sorry for my language. I really can't believe I did that. I baulk at buying into a poker game £1/£2 NL with a £200 stack, but just did that so effortlessly.

COCK!!! (once again - sorry)

FUCK!! (sorry)

PISS!! (normal service will be resumed shortly)

WANKYPOOPERS!!!

I ssume I've still got £130 in my account so may go and spunk that off now, or withdraw it and give it to charity.

I'm unhappyings - or not as the case may be. Thank Gawd it was play money. Shame it wasn't an emptier though.

I think i'm the only person who HASN'T lost money on a s16 machine.

I have only ever played them once, just to get a feel for what they were like (i stick to pub fruits). It was a shark themed machine (Great White i think?) and didnt really know how to do play them. I stuck £4 in and hit "max bet", it spun in something weird and flashed up "You have won 20 free spins!!!1!!!lol!!!". So it starts spinning these automatically and at the end of each spin it flashed up "Your win is doubled!", i'm trying to make head and tail of what it is actually doing and then it after a few spins it flashes up "You have won 20 free spins!!!!!!" so i've now got just shy of 40. Still haven't a clue how i got them (i thought it was 3 shark symbols, but i got them some more in future spins but it didnt give me any more free ones) but was thinking that this must be good. Then i notice my bank at the top and at the end i had won £120!

So £116 profit, and i'll never be playing s16 machines again. Becuase A) i've heard all the horror stories about them and B) I didn't really like it that much, i would prefer to have spun around a board and got £120, i least i would have had some involvement and a mild bit of amusment! :)

I do wonder what streaky is on sometimes to come out with such random posts. I really like them though, just the sort of humour i find funny. Keep it up! :D
