It pays to be disciplined....?

Post by rocket »

Afternoon all,

As some of you might remember, I got a bit too heavily involved with playing a few motnhs ago and had to stop. I play now, but rarely and for a few quid.

Got a Top Gear in a pub near me about a week ago. Didn't play it the first time I went in because I was skint, but last night I had £2 each with 2 mates - stone dead so left it. Went elsewhere for a few then came back for last orders. I went on on my own and got onto the board on my very first quid - I was offered a low feature (about the third up I think) with a dodgy number - now in the past I would have played on, lost the gamble, then been pumping money in trying to get it back. Last night I thought sod it - I'll take the feature for two or three quid, and that'll buy me a last pint. So I took it - gambled it and won. Gambled again - won. The bloody thing only went and gambled right up to the streak!!! The streak went for £37, and the next board for 6 - giving me a total profit of just under 40 quid I think.

It pays to be disciplined kids!!

On another note, wasn't there an emptier for this - does anyone mind sharing? I know it'll be chipped out now, but would be interested to hear what it was.

Cheers

No there never was an emptier on this, just needed to set you reels up so it was a guarneteed 8th feature gamble.
all about nudges, see so many people get a board dont even nudge the setup and just take feature and it pot shots.

then someone who knows how to play sets it up a few gambles lose to cash n grab then hit the top.

Very boring machine though imo

it only pot shots as its burnt, doesnt matter whether u have big SH win there or not...

had them lose down to cash and grab 20+ times before giving it... its pretty random whether it wins or not tbh, (also it loses to 7sational alot sometimes).... even loses from hi-lo turbo to the top now and again... very annoying

You do need to set the reels up though for the gambles to be successful.

actually no, thats not the case, it can win to speed streak from any setup, however if you dont set it up, it will lose to rock it alot, so u'll have trouble getting it

the set up helps but obviously if its flying it will gamble up to the streak anyway. its good to have cherrys or a small win as nearest win so it will gamble past this.
wasnt the setup cherry bar blue seven?? can anyone confirm this?
