Nothing needs doing server-wise,

It's up to each user to set their time zone in their profile.

Mine is set to GMT but still seems to be an hour behind

Argh, there is some type of problem here..

You need to set the time in your profile to GMT +1 Hour

it is not a problem, just that we are not in GMT at the moment, it has changed to BST (GMT+1)
