Chester Yates

Post by anfield road »

Went to Chester today with a couple of mates for a christmas shop, had a £130 anyway we were walking from the car past Yates's and I saw an Extreme (HC) so we popped in.
Dead so left it with £1 profit, then there were 3 money bags next to Pulsation and it was full and all red bar 1 on the first board after a super boost upto 8 nudges.

On a 10(bonus) feature offers Win steppa on red which I do not take and think woohoo I am in big time here, lower button does not work at all, had to go higher and lose.

£10 in and managed to get a red hidden riches for £9 then a skill stop for 99 nudges the other number on a 10 which I collected as I did not want to have anything to do with it incase it killed me.

Well gutted, why do people brake the buttons....just because they lost, anyway there was 4 Extremes around there and every last one of them were dead as f88k.

shocking, left there even anyway after a little flutter

A broken hi- button is not half as bad as a broken number reel as i yet again found out today........

3 into a tender half redding  ,decided to take green keys but missed hit the top, ended up with SnS for 10 (medium spinning).

Next board Arb1 (well tht cant be bad :) ), Also he very next spin span a bonus for number runner, 10 on a 9..........LOSE

90 later i am broke asides from 3 in my back pocket, so of course bang tht in and AMAZINGLY get a top (this is after 3 times of highering a 1 to LOSE mysteriously, and thats when it wouldnt let me go lower for the top).

With 1 red up top to me suprise/delight it hit all the notes for a 75, was still redding aferwords but took a graphic cash red for 3 fuckin pounds, that was enough for me.

Reds 'can' be dodgy enough withougt complications like that

we had a tender here for a good 3/4 months last year and the number reel was knackered on that too (thought it was quite common for this mc?)

anyways the best way we found to play it was just to force the skill stop out and then you only have one gamble to play with and sometimes the reel does fall right and the number you see if actually the true number.

I annoyed quite a lot of people yesterday by conquering a Bling Bling with a knackered number flexi - it was obviously buzzing its tits off because people were putting more and more money through it before realising that it was almost impossible to gamble on the numbers. I'd say only 1-in-10 times did the number flexi start correctly aligned.

It was giving board after board, only giving Mega Start, replay chances always hitting 'Yes', every bonus a slow-down.

Most boards would start you on a good number but the flexi wouldn't be able to realign so you always 'lost' the gamble and were awarded the 50p Safe Cash amount. Hence performing well under percentage. I just decided to keep taking Bling Bling from the slow-down bonus (hoping that the feature would start with a bonus on BOTH sides) and eventually it did - so I was able to fill the name without having to gamble either stack. It couldn't wait to give the £75 top. (Much annoyance and general grumbling from those stood at the bar)

The thing about Legal Tender is that it's easier to get round a knackered flexi because of the SSS taking you straight to 99 nudges, so you often only need to survive one gamble to get the top feature. Bling Bling is a right bind!
