barred 4 losing?

Post by Martal~Wombat »

Went in2 a pub the other day, was a
bully 4 u, cost 40ish 4 top feature which
only goes for 25, upon leaving was told
"dont come back", could've turned round
and argued the fact that i was 40 in but
wots the point, people dont believe u can
put 40 through in 15 mins....
Not the 1st time this has happened 2 me, got
barred from a JJC b4, after doing the 50 method,
losing £3.... sad times :?
Anyone else bin barred after losing?

I've never been barred but i always get comments in my local arcade like..

"oooohh you always win"

They said it after i dropped a golden game for £50 after putting £80 in :?

I'm a very fast player, i think most people are used to old dears examining every spin

I lost about £20 on Red in a pub the other day, the landlady kept looking at what I was doing - she thought I was upto something because I was launching in a fiver at a time and just holding down start on MegaSpins which as we all know can disappear in seconds -got some funny looks when I collected my bank even though I was down.

they assume that you've rinsed the m/cs if u take 75 out of them, they just think its unrealistic that some1 will put £100+ into a £25jp machine.

I have to say I hate the people who ALWAYS WITHOUT FAIL say them bloody words, which to this day I have probably never given an honest answer:

"yeah but, how much did you put in tho?"

it sounds like the same kind of amateur fool who buys a crappy pool cue from argos and takes it to the pub with them.

we all know the sort. proud as a peacock with their shitty faux jewelled cue in shitty faux leather case who perch on a stool near the pool table nursing half a shandy asking everyone if they want a game and generally having nothing better to do with their shitty life.
nobody ever wins on those things.

Banned

Post by milk monitor »

I generally play after work in a shirt and tie, which helps ease the heat from bar staff. However did get banned from a busy arcade in Newport where there are 3 Golden Games, 4 Monopoly's, Homers Meltdown, Cannon Ball Run, Cash beast, and a Vamp.

Although did take great pleasure in pointing out to the bouncer type who was cleaning machines as he told me I was banned: "if you would have concentrated at school you wouldn't be stuck in here, with a feather dusted and a bottle of Mr Sheen for company."

Getting barred is horrible, especially if there is a machine in their that you are making regular profits from such as a VIU etc.

I got barred from my loacl for 2 months for running a JTRAR, £100 in £140 out, I mean its not great profit its actually damn right scary.

Its just that payout which is crap as it bursts against the bottom on the coin tray and makes hell of a racket, best is Crests that you can coin catch.

Yeah, those bloody globals! :x Same with old extremes. If you run over the max bank level it dumps down to £60 in like a second. Thus making everyone think you've won a load.

I've had a £75 from JPTRAR for about the same in and got funny looks. People just dont believe you if you say you've put as much in!
