Hi to all, hope everyone on here is fit and well. Any how I've just bought a JPM RED HOT 6 machine and I'm using it as my piggy bank haha, unfortunately I've come unstuck! The machine is telling me the following. IOU 20P.. CALL ATTENDANT. DOES ANYBODY KNOW HOW TO CLEAR THIS MESSAGE, I'VE TRIED REFILL BUT THE COINS JUST KEEP FALLING THROUGH! THERE'S NO LIGHT ON THE COIN ACCEPTOR.

Is there a 10p hopper???

If so just open the machine up and throw a couple in.

Hi thanks for that, there is two hoppers, one's empty and one's got plenty in. the empty one has larger wheel coin slots possibly for 10p's i'm not sure, the other one has £1 coins in it and 20p's is this right? the machine accepts 5p, 10p, 20p, 50p, £1 and £2 coins, when I put 10p's in the empty hopper and dump it empties the 10p hopper but not the other one with 20p's and £1 coins in! any ideas?
