i think a lot of us are awaiting whatever change the 100's may bring
there may be a small honeymoon period of slippery oversight , with the odd empty , but the industry as a whole is a much tighter ship nowadays , surely it can only be a matter of time before all the machines adopt an always connected online infastructure , with software ''chip'' download to every unit , with no hidden straglers slipping through the net ,
this time around ,,,,,, more than ever , a lot will depend on players (myself included ) keeping our mouths closed , and treating anything we do get with the utmost respect , taking small unnoticable amounts will be paramount. as technology and self checking analysis will surely be a part of the future of gaming .
with any manipulation of percentage on any feature getting flagged and uploading to hal.
as usual the players with the ingenuity to work things out for themselves , or those closest to the programmers/top of the info chain should still carve a decent living , especially if the current model (percentage based) of gaming is left intact .
the gap is going to get a lot wider for the rest of us , the pro player base WILL diminish in size as the technology forces more of us into conventional employment .
im under no illusion as to which group i will be in ,,,,,,,,,,,, see you down the jobcentre.
