Nice Workout

Just done an hour on the treadmill guys while throwing 3 sets of 10 min shots. Had it on an incline of 3% with a speed of 12.5.

Arms are aching but must of sweat a couple of buckets, feeling nice and fresh and ready for a spot of breakfast before my first hit of the day.

Got a decent schedule today so should do ok, good luck all.

I'll be doing a few of them things today by the way.

Just before I go, I'd like to say I'm feeling so fresh that I'd possibly even go a few rounds with the Chief!

had a good day yesterday ,,,,,,, was with manny in notts until 6 ,,,, made 102 each ,,,,,,,,, then back in leicester i turned mine into 212 and went home.

incidentally ,,,,,,, for kidgloves ,,,,,, i went to your cryptic juice last night ,,,,,,,,, thought i was going to lose my whole days take .

70 on 50p ,,,30 on quid,,, so juiced (sorry) the quid ,,,,,,, cost 120 to phone ,,,,,, one hundred and twenty ffs ??? ,,,,,,,,, anyhow got given the best get out of jail card ever ,,,,,,,,,,,, got cp ,,,,,,, then a mega deal that left 3quid and 70 on both ,,,,,,,,, took 62 offered ,,,,,,,, twas 70 in box but didn't give a fuck lol

Not played a mega on a juice, Played a mist that was on a 59 pot cost me 100 for fones was 200 in to get cp. then still took the piss.
