Seen a good few fruits today in a appalling state with sceptre being the biggest culprit. Although have seen some tec with loads out too. How can they do “attract" mode with no bulbs to attract? Shoddily run businesses now these

Even the freshly sited stuff is in piss poor condition nowadays, not hard to spend five minutes giving a machibe the once over
He isn't right of course, he just thinks he is.

they probably just tick the boxes and sign the form knowing full well that they won't get checked up on.
A bit like those sheets you see in toilets that cleaners have to sign every hour that never get done properly either.
