I used to eat my breakfast with my driver and my security. I would pay of course (on top of their hourly rate and unual bonuses).

Usually a full buffet at the Savoy (£5000 per person).

The Lancaster in central London does a nice breakfast if your passing by or staying there. We normally go once or twice per month.

generally have a bowl of coco pops or shreddies, muesli bar and an apple.
best breakfast i have ever had is the brooklyn diner, new york (which isn't actually in brooklyn!)

It was about £7 for this:
THE MIXED MARRIAGE OF IRVING & GINA - Their First Breakfast!
two eggs baked in challah toast, marinara sauce, Italian sausage,
roasted peppers, onions, crispy polenta

If you haven't been to the US (esp NY) then prepare to eat some really delicious food with LARGE portion sizes.
Oh! And if you decide to drink Manhattan cocktails (when in Manhattan, it would be rude not to) be careful! I found out how potent they were the hard way!
