Why do drivers turn ap 45 mins late (and counting) then still expect a full days wage, need to get driving my self realy but just to much stress getting it all sorted.

45 mins is nothing. Try useing trains or buses two hour delays all the time.

Or he could be doing a hit behind your back.

Drivers are ten-a-penny. Tell him to buck his ideas up or he's down the road LOL.

Do you make him sit in the car while you do the hits?

Yeah he waits in the car i somtimes bring him a drink out if he wants one.
