Well let's start of sayin the last 2 weeks have been a nightmare for me. Slight discipline problems i think its because iv been on holiday for 2 weeks. When I got back I have been struggling.

I keep a diary iv lost 500 in 2 weeks. Yeah its not mega bucks but I have not had anything come in off gambling coming in for 2 weeks. I have off my jobs so that's keeping me right in the mind.

It doesn't bother me because I'm up overall and will get that back in the future (not chasing my losses). I can't explain its just the fact its in the back of my mind. Fruit machines going off on me etc has boosted the total up.

I'm not full time but you lads that are maybe you could right in here what you maybe change routes or even have a glass of re wine and some older ladies.

Its one of them things I would say iv had it steady all this year but 2 weeks batting my head against the wall. At the end of the day it is still gambling.

When it goes good its brilliant when it goes bad its a disaster.

Win lose or draw it's all the same. In this game you gotta take yours days how they come. Those that know me know I'm not fussed wether I have a £1000 day or a £10 day. Chin up mate. Losing is part of the game, you can't win everyday non stop all year round. There's always days you go a bit chicken oriental and spunk mindless dough in bookies or go on losing streaks. Head up son.

Plenty good replies lads cheers. It dusnt matter how good u are it dusnt stop sum1 else burning everything. Or being 138 in for a 140 and it resets then you don't get a penny .
