Welcome. Care to flesh out the story some more? People are always interested in hearing / seeing what contributed to a monster win.

Basically, the girlfriend went to work and i thought i'd try my luck in town (Leeds). There are 5 weatherspoons,a couple of yates and at least 35 other bars/pubs within a 25 min round walk. I just dropped lucky i guess. Forced one DOND with about 50quid for two IMs plus a 50quid. Can't even remember name of the machine, think it was called Mega Prize. In the same pub took one of the double DONDs for 35quid in box then 70 in box on Mega DOND feature, this from £3.50. Played loads of machines throughout the day,the others that stood out were a 70quid from cash or bust on DOND Double Take from 11quid,MS on Break the Bank for 105-from 23quid,IM on pacman for 70quid,followed by another IM for 70quid-from 13 quid in,70quid on the new Monopoly with DOND style feature,70quid on cash stack on the Indiana Jones machine. There were various other 20/35/40 quids on other machines plus a win stepper, win picker, and 2 cash combos (one red),achieved by Cash or Bust! The rest of the money was obtained on a MS and Jackpot on Monopoly on the B3 machine in bookies and a few lucky roullete wins (limit myself to a 60quid budget on roullete, was addicted at one point in my life). Now i'm just enjoying my win listningto a bit of house/techno and a nice cold beer :-)

Congrats Matt.

I'm only a casual too, and after a couple of crappy weeks, I did pretty well today too. Took my usual £20 budget into the arcade. I was losing big time on the Walk of Wealth, even-Stevens on Dream Factory and evens on RR (R2R clone). I chucked my last £5 into a random granny machine, gave me a flash-hold on the £70 jackpot symbol. Had £20 afters as well. Good times.

Nice 1 matt. I enjoy reading these type of posts as I don't seem to win that often, never mind that much. Leeds is full of pubs iv been there on a night out. It must be good just to walk from fruit to fruit. Some times I drive 30 mins just for 1 hit. Keep it up :)
