went into one today to get a meal stank of pure shit made me feel sick so didnt eat there glad the fruit was crap

If the food is bad send it back and either consider a replacement or refund. If the same food is re-presented tell the manager you are complaining to head office and to the local environmental health officer, otherwise nothing will change. Most of the big chains are no better than microwave 5hit which doesn't necessarily mean it is bad, but if you've got some untrained youth cooking it in the kitchen, rather than a chef it isn't going to be the best.

Don't expect poor product, no matter how cheap it is,
