Maybe you should order half a dozen pints of Guinness at once with three Jack Daniels and coke while on your phone (so she can't ask you for the money before pouring the drinks), then when she finishes the last one, bring out a sign saying "Due to financial difficulties, I may not be able to pay for my drinks".
Then leave.
