Union crackpots

So it's been a while up and running now and not seen many comments about it lately, has everyone given up on it or do people still play on the site?

I was one of it's biggest critics and just had a look on there and nothing has changed, no new games or anything. Anyone with any stories from there good or bad?

i have supported them in the past but am now unendorsing them.

last time i deposited i got 2 errors whislt mid feature stipulating something about possible fraud detected.ammounts were not awarded as a result. :x

i emailed them and they said they'd looked into it and the problem was now sorted.

they asked me if i'd like my deposit refunded and i gratefully accepted .i was told it would be dealt with no later than 11 am next day.

almost a month since ...i think(can't actually be bothered to check) still nothing.

edit* checked and they'd put the money back into my ujpt acc for me to flitter away in record time!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm sure I spotted an advert of theirs on a reputable companies website the other week.

I'll see If I can find it.

How they're operating legally with such a shoddy, error ridden site I don't know.

i totally agree with everything said above, the "setup" they have is absolutely crap, how they got an online gambling licence is beyond me, because dont forget they will have had to have their site tested before any licence was issued.

they trying to flog a dead horse, all the errors on the machines are still there. and they dont have a scooby doo on how to sort it. and the tongue in cheek approach with every single sentence they write is a big sledge hammer warning to anyone even thinking about playing for real money. just look at the lads above who have lost money already to "errors"........

stay clear and stick with the big sites, with proper customer services, and a name you can trust. cheers

We're moving to free play only!

We're making some BIG CHANGES around here at Union Jackpots - we're going FREE TO PLAY only.

We brought you the world's most feature rich fruit machines and now some of the big players want to use them on their own sites! Rather than trying to compete with them at our own game we're going free to play so you can experience our highly demanded games for nothing, zilch, not a penny.

Work is currently ongoing to get everything ready for free play. That means that unfortunately the site is unavailable at present, but rest assured, we'll be back soon. Nothing keeps us down for long!

As always if you need to contact us about anything we'd love to hear from you. Just drop us an email at happy@unionjackpots.com and we'll get back to you.
Roulette free since December 2011.

In all seriousness,Surley this has cost them bucket loads of cash and f all in return ?
They went to all that trouble and then basically gave up when people started to deposit ?
