i hate gamestec

does anyone else argree that gamestec are the worse? bad for claims, first for bad chips and bad at maintaining there machines unless there 500s

Never had a problem with em even On IOUs and machines are always New at the places i go but Maybe i just been lucky as I hav had problems in P,Boro Clubs and Norwich Clubs payin IOUs after engineer has "been"

They are utterly hopeless, I've seen them site machines with £20 in the hopper! Been known to take over 2 weeks for a call out! They've lost a lot of contracts down south.

I've had a STC feck up on me 3 out of 4 visits so far on Gamestec, 2 times its not had enough money in to pay me, and once it switched it self off, this was a head scratcher, i thought i'd been a victim of a switch off from behind the bar, but after seeing that the fruit was plugged into the same 4-way plug as the quiz and the fag machine i knew it was'nt the staff, i've made good money on this unit, but i reckon the next time i go in i'll get turfed out, just because they don't float it

I just think that this floating / non-pay issue is really such a joke. Imagine wining the lottery and them saying "Sorry, we don't have enough money to pay you your winnings."?

OK, that's a huge example, but essentially the same thing - everyone would be up in arms! Just because it's a lot less in amount terms shouldn't make any difference.

If you are playing the machine as it was intended and you win, if you do not get your money that is THEFT...

The manus really need to change the notelight to go off at £150 left in hopper, not £100. Far too many punters using notes now the JP, stakes are higher

£280 on a Project's Empire, you know the one with the monkey, the other day I.O.U £165 paid out, had to give name adress and number - fake name and adress obv but gave number they reckon gamestec will be phoning as the machine aint allowed to give over 2 repeats on JP ammount!!
