Dear Sir,

We have been forwarded your complaint by Fullers.

Acton is a very cosmoploitan area and everyone is welcome in our pub. We have taken you complaint very seriously as we do not condone racism in any form.

We would like to apologise for the negative experience you and your wife seem to have had in The Kings Head. We also apologise for not replying sooner, but, as you can appreciate, we have had to speak with the staff on duty at the time. Following our conversations with him, the staff member in question is no longer in our employ.

We have reiterated to our staff the importance of hospitality towards every customer, and should you find yourself in our establishment again, I can assure you that you will be made to feel welcome and your experience will not be repeated.

Its all part of the game. Its probaly not the first time and probaly wont be the last. I went in a pub just for a quite drink just too chill out after a long day and they turnt the fruit off and said they where going to blow my legs off. WHAT CAN YA DO.
