i cant find anything from this morning though,

It was all a load of bollocks. The industry wouldn't have invested what they have if they didn't know it was a done deal. basically they just said yes to what was reccomended in march.

yeh it's been appoved in parliment now so that garentee's it, but it will be a while off, as they have to wait 3 months due to this new EU rubbish...

10 fingers + 2 arms = 12.
Designers would not be able to count any higher without removal of shoes which would be a breach of Health + Safety. Hence, the limt of 12 came in...
