Had a tip for Pacolita . Way out of its depth on form, but 38/1 on Betfair 25/1 on the book. Worth a fiver each way.

They were still tubes then, no hoppers. No way they would hold £80. All wins over £2.40 were paid in tokens. £80 was a weeks wages back in the day !!!!

Remember very clearly the first time I saw someone emptying a 'Twilight Zone' £4.80 JP in Guildford. Didn't know it was an emptier at the time, but the fact he had an £80 bank ought to have been a clue. So many emptiers in those days - all Ace machines, Donkey Kong, King Kebab, Bling King Crazy etc...

I really thought they'd run Vautour in the Gold Cup, but Don Cossack did the business. Russ could have taken the last day off and still won by a clear point LOL Ahmed. I was working last week in the Owners and Trainers pavilion. Rich Ricci was in all week, likes his Coors Lite. Really nice bloke. P...
