At last I have an answer from the company itself and the answer may surprise you......... At most of the sites Sceptre do keep a float of only £20 in a machine and the reasoning behind it is not to thwart the pro's as they agree that there are very few of us left making a living but it is purely a ...

On a sideline, has anyone noted that when a game autoremoves you can't collect the prize won straight away - it requires you to transfer at least £1 to the bank and play the credits. Very cheeky. Not true. Never seen that happen, so I don't know how you got it to occur! Most odd - I've done this a ...

Good on people able to "dick" Eliminator. I never reached a particularly high standard on it, I must say.

I have never seen one that I have removed re-appear on the same machine. Some have been missing in action for over six months now! lol. I think it would take human intervention for them to be reinstated. That's basically my experience. If e.g. a Paragon is remote-updated with new games/question upd...

£20 for half an hour seems like a decent wage to me. Indeed, but an unreliable wage - it struck me as the kind of thing one could spend 20 minutes on, foul it up, and have to begin again. (To be fair I have checked it out on one or two other cabinets but only once found it in the same mode, and the...

Re: Biggest win on latest battleships?

I remember someone posting about previous version and winning over £20,a great result!. I jackpotted the new version - once. Questions never went above easy level, ...

Suri incidentally has diversified into GW with the demise of the INDE'S- he's apparently cutting a swathe through them.... In London I've been told that the pro's there can do an YHW unless its £20/50P. I find that somewhat difficult to believe, Cool - as a London player myself (albeit less frequen...

For me, probably By Any Means and You Have Won £20, which illustrates why I'm not making very much cash at the moment.

I've come across one or two Paragons on £20 hopper setting although haven't been playing well or often enough (see other posts) for this to be a major issue in practice for me. I have heard reports from other players for whom it is posing a major problem. It is clearly a pretty deplorable state of a...
