I've met a few celebs, mainly snooker players, my mate got me some tickets for a snooker tournament held at Willie Thornes, some top names showed up that day, Mark Williams, Judd Trump to name a few, Robert Milkins ended up winning it beating my mate in the final. Its easy to forget how hard that g...

Ah, knew there was something I forgot, several attempts at trappage but none would yield.

Those of you that don't frequent Jackpotty - have a read of this - any experiences ?? Anybody seen these about ?? They are Las Vegas themed and have the following games on - Gold Rush, Bar X and a reincarnation of their classic Labyrinth. There is also a side game going on where by filling all the l...

These things have all the enticements and can pay well if they all string together in a nice close sequence, that's what keeps me going back to them. Take a unit last night - cash pots on an average £36.xx and £52.xx. Not quite enough for me to take full on, but it was red boxing from the off so I h...

Congrats mate. Best thing you can do in life - find a soul mate, be it married or not. How does she get on with your playing ?? My missus is so laid back she's practically horizontal with it. Most of the time she's with me if I'm round the pubs, and If I need a pass out for the day to go on a sessio...

Impulse Spin on It.

God knows how many times over the years I've mentioned this game.

Good for skills, basic trappage education, and bangin tune when your necking you vino and punting away.

Lolz - I would shag this machine.

Bollocks wank and shitter

Played a Bar X Diamond 7 today - you know the one - £10/£20/£35. Was full from the off - it took £440 for the first win. That's a record for me, and you'd expect it to hop into uber streak mode if it hasn't been there recently after that kind of suck. The weird thing was that the sound for dropping ...

Had many a session on Star Wars original vector graphics up to wave 99 and beyond - used to get kicked off by the owner of the arcade after about 3 hours of play for 10p.
I'd love to have a go now, not on the emu - the real deal with the proper controls like the arcade game.

A surprising first, thinking about it

Note payout today - machine spits out a Scottish tenner. At first I thought I'd been fleeced with an outer Mongolian piece of paper worth about 3p. Anyway, stuck it in another machine no problem - just never occurred to me that they could pay out haggis money, and the first time it has ever happened.

Mecca in Beeston looks like the starship enterprise inside. They used to have an Elvis 5 Liner a few months back. Now you can put £30 in a Cash Box for an £8 feature no break. Or, play the single WinWall for ton in for first feature £15. Maybe Diamond 7's on 30p play (yawn) are more your tickle. Alw...

Well, you're going to have to cite further back than that if you are looking for the 'full time established players'. Were not the Vivid days / P1 Goldens and Ultimos all circa 2000 ?? Some of us are beyond 40 on here.
