I think that less games is surely a good thing, but they'd have to be good games. The quiz machine is one way I get the gf interested at the pub. Her favourite game is Word Soup. We also enjoy Hex, PMP, and Monopoly. But the problem is if we win at any of these games at the local then they're not wo...

The stickers come off nice and easily. Just goes to show how cheaply put together they are. Amusingly (and perhaps depressingly) you can find a properly attached Bellfruit sticker underneath a lot of them.

I tried a board on one today and it wasn't phoning. Not good enough, I will play roulette for another six months and then try again. I tried a board the other day (why would I do this) and to my horror it was phoning. Thankfully it was £10 entry, gave mega deal, and it span in the £35 box. These re...

I think they just do whatever the hell they like. Playing a GG a couple of weeks back I took it on at a £63 CP as i'd seen loads pumped in. Got CP a few boards after it had reached £70. It then reset to £69.40. I mean.. what?

When Triple first came out I played one on 70/70. First board got offered CP and reset to £70. Found that bizarre but assumed maybe it had saved it up behind. Next board deal for the cashpot box and reset to £10. Happy that my theory was correct I changed stake. It then naturally cost £150 for deal ...

I had something nice happen on Double Chance. I was £50 in and despite being offered £15, super board, and all that jazz still hasn't got a phones game. Whacked cash or bust and landed on BUST. But then it did the double chance thing and went again for CASHPOT WIN. Run away!

Random machines don't drop it wins to keep to %. That would make them compensated. They don't need this compensation. Being random will keep them at %. Someone mentioned some machines may end up over, and some under. This is true but over a large sample note that this will be no more than 1% either ...

Some of the arcades around Leicester Square have £5 jackpots in their downstairs bits.

My favourite is Star Wars A New Hope. Not because I think it plays well, but I just love the sound effect every time I put a pound in. C3P0 goes "Hello, and welcome to Star Wars". Awesome.

Monster Money is made even worse due to the fact the offers it makes are an absolute travesty. I got left with 10p/£8 and £8/£20. I'd put about £12 in so was looking forward to being able to deal for money back. Offer: £6.30. WTF? That's just not right. I think the problem with the new batch of QPSs...

I had a nightmare session on one of these yesterday. Was £400 into it at one point. £70/£70. It ended up giving me back to back gatws eventually. Then the horrid run of boxes came back lol. Never seen so many £15/£20 boxes in one session!
