Thanks for all the feedback so far, we will get there :-) There are lots of changes for everyone to get used to, but the other software was over 7 years old and it really did need changing. I am thinking this was the best choice, its different, but the layout is quite clean and it can be tweaked fur...

24 hour ban (new feature). Ive been working non-stop for hours trying to get the site up and running to an acceptable level, he called it shit and he wasnt going to post again. No great loss to me. He wont post for at least 24 hours now...

You should be able to add an avatar manually, under the settings option at the top of the page there is an option to upload one. (let me know if it doesnt work!!)

The graphics will be changed to make it a lot easier to see new things, at the moment its pretty much default settings.

Yes - still lots to do.. Just got the basics working at the moment, all the issues will be worked out over the next few days.

The default pm limit was 50 messages, ive just increased that to 200. IM sure there are many more things to tinker with.
