Do they not frequently test these things? Surely there could be some sort of display test that displays dead areas on the screen? I'm not 100% sure of the technology involved... The touch part is another screen on top of it, it's not associated with the display. I'd guess that your average cab uses...

Heh, yeah I've seen that too, and not just on Bully either. I think ItBoxes just run a huge amount of background stuff that sucks processor time away from the games! Probably the next update downloading, or something.

Yeah, sounds like one of the fans. There could be a bearing gone, or it could just need a bit of a clean.

I usually open mine up and give them a squirt with an air duster (tin of compressed air, basically) if that happens.
