Before bed have some chocolate nesquick and skimmed milk. Its used as a recovery drink and you will feel alot less sore in the morning. I am starting p90x tomorrow and chocolate milk as a recovery drink is highly recommended.

I only ever started pie'ing to day. My method is to get upto at least £25 then straight to 100 then straight ti -> 200 and then i stop. Havent got the balls todo 200 -> 300 or anything higher. Its worked in 3 out of the 4 machines today for a tidy profit in 2 different service stations :) How do you...
