I don't think so..... i reckon it will say somewhere in T&C's that reciepts should be treated as cash - with no comeback for lost tickets.

I left a £500 ticket in auto roulette in a casino. Had a losing spin and walked off! realised about 10 minutes later unsurprisingly not in machine..... went to the manager, He paid me out about two hours later as it had not been cashed. To this day i think my "friend" tried to have me off....

£100 stake to win £500 - is 4-1 - so distinctly more in line with bookies type bets - where people bet hundreds / thousands on short odd prices regularly. Maybe thats part of the distinction - because to the best of my knowledge - this sort of machine is not allowed in arcades / clubs etc.
