ok well i have searched the whole forum and there is nothing that explains how to do the nudge trick, the Refill key cheat or what a stepup is!

At my local service station! 1st is 'Round the bend' 2nd is 'Doctors and Nurses' They are the 10p go machines with £5 jackpots, and was just wondering to any hints or trick to them?!?!?!? Have had a search of the forums and onli found the bigger 25p go machies with big jackpots! Any help appreciated...
