Yes it does but can be caused by a few things, slow tweek mech or simply just a dodgy coin, if its hapening with most coins then I would reckon that a new mech would see you right

Buy any machine as you can teach and run all the cashflow series 126dfx upwards to accept your denomination, the tricky part is finding a machine with a universal hopper. At the moment azkoyen hopper U as mentioned works great as it auto adjusts to most dimensions. My advice is don't bother, buy one...

Hmm the fuses look broken from the base. These are available for about £1.30p each its fitting them that takes the time you would have to strip down the unit. I could supply you with the holders but you would have to fit them yourself unless you paid carriage both ways and send the item off std repa...
