To be honest UP re lofted drive for six I hardly ever go down the ground as find it much harder to judge. All shots for me seem to be either dead square (adjusting for wind )or slices down to long leg/ third man when the gap looks OK.

I was asked to get 208.xx to get a bonus t'other day! Is this possible??! I still haven't seen or achieved anything above 207.01 and 206.xx seems the realistic maximum so those bonus offers of above that are probably taking the proverbial, unless there is some little trick that none of us have yet ...

I know this, i'ma huuuuuuuuuuuge New Order fan. Their name is taken from the video for crystal. There's a fake band playing in the video, and the bass drum has the killers written on it. As Brandon & co. are all big NO fans too, they used the name and it stuck! \\\\\\nice to see another NO fan-...

I'm guessing taht this might be a bit tough- one of those that you have to know the answer to otherwise v difficult to guess.

First clue then- the answer is linked to another band this time definitely from England.

Lucky guess although not many popstars I can think of switch to actress- more the other way round with soapstars. Continuing with the popular music theme: From where did, Las Vegas based darlings of NME, The Killers take their name? May be a bit tough but I noticed something at the weekend which mad...

Chronix how many runs are you getting for your £2s? Presumably 50+

After 3 of these did the prize scale become tougher eg 50 for first £??

I have seen 1 machine down at 30 for the first quid but none greater than 40 even after a few £s out.

Am I imagining it or do the Aussies sometimes send down the odd underarm delivery and if so is this some kind of bonus? i.e. easier to hit; less likely to get out etc?

Played one of these at lunch - as well as those noted above there was also Coronation Street and some quiz based bowling one which would have been easy I think if the screen wasnt knackered making the bowling bit impossible. Also easy £5 spot prize on the Battleships game.

Grecian I have also just had these games appear in my work local. My observations as follows: 1. Pub series cricket- this is a pure 'skill' game ie no Q&A. I reckon its probably worth its own thread as it would be interesting to get other people's view on tactics. i have only managed to score 42...
