Spot It has 2 ways of winning. Collect the 5 keys to get the cashpot, usually anyway up to 50p sometimes £1. Get through enough levels of finding things to get enough points for the endgame, which is what I presume your friend did. Points required between 50000 and 65000. Depending on how long since...

Anyone know how the scoring works on this.
Sometimes you only get a few hundred for an item, othertimes its giving over a thousand.

Has anyone come across this where the hi scores have been reset mid-tournament?
Twice now (on different machines) I've seen this happen.
Bit of a bugger when you're top, then suddenly you aren't.

Spot It is one of those games where the prize drops to virtually nothing if it has just paid out. We play this fairly regularly and the most we've got from the prize round is £4.50. Depending on how often its been played it usually is £1 or 50p. We've had the situation before where we've played 4 ga...

I play this quite a lot. Normally the first prize, the £1 is between 130 and 230 going up in increments to a maximum of £5. Most I've had is £4. However, played one of my "usual" machines the other day and the only prize on offer was the £1 at 300. Two new high scores, one of about 280, th...

I can confirm that the "bug" of taking a £1 for every game if playing off credits has not been fixed.
I was caught out by it yesterday, suprisingly won £3 & £4 off Can U Dig It and Monster Cash and then a few games later realised that the bank was down to £2. :(

No, as you walk in from the road its on the right.
Coincidently the pub further down the road has also got a load of "anonymous" hi scores in the 1700-1900s.

Had a go on Wordsoup in our local last night. Normally only seems to be played by a handful of people. (Judging by the hi score table on which we mostly appear) :) First thing I noticed was the £1 was over 2000! We played a game, got on to the hi score board, and it was then that I noticed someone h...

Saw my first one of these in my newly refurb'd local. Initially thought it was just a new Ind:E cab, had a few plays with my first pint, then went to collect the £2 I'd won before going to the bar for another. No chink, chink, great, I thought, it's robbed me! I was just about to walk away when I no...

I also found it more generous the first couple of times we played it, but now it seems to have tightened up.

I can confirm that the INDE:GO does have a ledge at the top to place a drink on.
It's not a new machine though, there's been one at one of my locals for nearly a year.

We used to play it quite a lot. Most we ever won was £3 once, the rest were £1 wins. It seems to have tightened up of late as it is getting increasingly difficult to get even £1 now.
