Homers Meltdown

Hello I need help with my Homers Meltdown AWP. When I switch it on it doesn't boot up properly. Sometimes it sort of tries to spin the reels but other times nothing happens at all except for the lights coming on a bit dull. The display sort of flickers but then nothing there. Can anybody help?
