Lets think about it like this shall we... Roulette naturally pays out at 97.2% - and thats with no skill whatsoever. So, if you then make it skill, the payout percentage HAS to go up... it can't go down unless you are doing something illegal... i.e, making it not skill. With that in mind, ask yours...
