Had this little corker on Deal or No Deal yesterday... Which one of the following is NOT a cricket ground? One of the answers was Trent Brodge - apparently that IS a cricket ground, as it wanted one of the other answers.... unfortunately, as Trent Brodge was first in the list i pressed it, and lost....

What exactly is the point in offering a deal, when you dont have enough to make the prize board? what happens if you deal? If you accept the Deal amount, then you bank those points and the round starts again with 20 boxes.... You can keep doing this until you have enough points.... Not obvious when...

If one game DID have a fault in it where it could be empited, or forced to run at a ridiculously high percentage (like the original Silver Falls!), then all the games would be negatively affected. The new Paragon, if its the one at the ATEI, is a widescreen monitor - probably 1240/768.. so it can't go back to normal size. Unless they put black borders down the sides of each game, which is very unlikely to happen and would no doubt require eons of programming in terms of touchscreen positionin...

It must have been the Paragon 3 they launched at the show - have to agree though, not sure why they needed to go widescreen. Ind:e tried it before, and it didn't catch on - not to mention all the games are prob written for like 640 x 480 anyway!
