Payout connector on mpu5

Hi Hoping someone would be kind enough to help here, my Barcrest "Can u dig it" machine has started alarming saying error 84-80 hopper missing. Ive replaced the hopper and then the power supply, tried a new coin mech and then another mpu5 board still alarming. I traced the hopper wire back...

sleep mode?

Hi sorry folks i posted this question in the general section and now found technical area, is there a dip setting for sleep mode? my fruit machine strobes and flashes when its not been played and ive got it in a small pub shed and think it would he better if i could disable this feature if possible....

attract mode help

hi, ive just got "can u dig it" fruit machine its a barcrest cabinet and says extreme gaming at the top, im looking to see if theres a "sleep" mode that stops the blinking flashing lights when the machine isnt being played. Attract mode maybe? It doesnt make any sounds just flash...

Hi Just wondering how much I would need to put in as an initial float for a £5 jackpot repeater machine? Is there a percentage minimum or would say 30 quid in coins be enough? Thanks

Hi Im looking to buy a machine and wodered if theres any one kind that's more reliable? Barcrest, Jpm, Bell etc thanks, Im asking as im a mechanic and know theres certain cars manufacturers I wouldn't go near ie any French make lol

Tamper alarm mute??

This will sound odd but im wanting to turn off all alarms on my QPS Bell fruits machine, now and then for various reasons i get the tamper alarm goin off and its driving me nuts, i have read the manual and it simply says turn dip switch 13 on, which i have done, u would think that would be it sorted...

tried the machine on free play test mode and it worked but the lights were dim and i heard a buzzing noise from the power supply so turned the power pot down a tad back to nearer 3 and its working fine, will pm u Del if i get any more probs and maybe sort out buying a new power supply, cheers again

Turned it up a fraction, powered back up and now got a payout error 17, any help?? is it likely a fuse has blown? as the hopper turns ok by hand and think a jam is unlikely

Was at 3 i gave it a little turn to 5, that too much? sorry to keep on but i really dont have a clue with this kinda thing, havent switched it on again till im sure this isnt too much of a power increase, thanks again Del
