if the cpu card is at fault will the machine still turn on cos at the moment it dont

help i have a club casino crazy fruit machine and i think the batterey leaked on the cpu/memory card and now the machine wont turn on i just get the red leds on the reels and all the leds on the power pack. can i get it fixed if so does anyone no where or do i need a new one.
