I cant recall the machine But i had a lucky seven on a 7 to gamble to JP and it lost It could have been a red gaming Never had a reset though That reminds me - on some of the Barcrest hi-lo style games like Gimme Gimme Gimme, I would go high on a 1, it rolls in another 1 and I'm then dismissed from...

Quick on the Draw is cat D, 10p/£5 and is still in the arcade.

Cock a Doodle Dough which is now gone, was £25 to begin with but got re-glassed to £5 around year 2005.

A matched £200 stake, then £10,000 to withdraw? That's rather harsh. I don't use Jackpot Joy any more, but when I signed up to them, they matched £15 so that I had £30 then only needed to wager £60 before I could withdraw. So basically, your initial £15 then another £30, plus their matched £15 equal...

Congrats on the 1-year mark and hope that the 2-year visa works out. Bellfruit are still churning out Deal machines while Barcrest are making their own Deal versions. Not sure how much longer Barcrest will stick with Deal as they recently got bought out by Scientific Games (or Games Media). Red Gami...

I had one loitering around me at an arcade last weekend. I shot him a few glances then I think he got the message.

The larger of the two Silvers in Stafford has a Vivid 'Quick On The Draw' since I started going there in late 2001. The smaller Stafford Silvers had an Empire 'Cock A Doodle Dough' from 2003 'til only recently which got replaced by a Bellfruit I'm a Celeb, which isn't new either.

I've had 2 occasions where machines took the money and wouldn't register it as credits. Just stayed in attract mode. One was in a 'Spoons where a notey took £5, the other time was in a Pumpkin (railway café brand) where I put £3 down the coinslot. On both occasions, I was told to phone the number fo...

My local town Stafford had one of these (as of June 2011). I can't remember if it was the Yard or the Litten Tree as their layouts and machine placements are very similar. It's basically a clone of a very old Bellfruit called Reely Crazy, in the sense that get offered spins and holds during the feat...

If I know I'm going out clubbing, I'll make a sarnie beforehand, keep it in the fridge in cling-film ready for me to *nom* when I'm back in the house, drunk. The morning after - it's all about a full English with lots of tea or coffee (coffee has to be the 'real' type i.e. ground/beans).

I was working in a library between uni years 2 and 3. Was told by staff to go downstairs and watch the news on one of their big screen TVs. Saw a replay of the first collision and saw the second one live. I was a clubhead back in those days and I could tell that the atmosphere was different when I w...

Edit: Plus it swallowed a tenner, and froze... Guy at bar turned it off and on, and tenner was nowhere to be seen.. Took my details, doubt get a call or the 10er though. Yeah, had that happen to me with a fiver, different machine. £5 vanished without trace. Bar staff told me to contact a number, pr...

That's interesting that the Crazy Chair can COB a mega streak. Can you please confirm that it is Crazy Chair though? Feature entry is via 12 boxes, either by a row of 3 or a column of 4. Complete the matrix for the Deal game, complete the matrix again for GATW. Lapper board is fairly generic. The bo...
