Hi guys, Thank you for your suggestions but unfortunately its not the game I remember. However, I have been looking at some old photographs (about 2,000) to try and find this fruit machine to no avail. But, there are 2 other fruit machines I remember playing "back in the day" in the same p...

Bingo themed Fruit Machine circa. 1991-1995

Hi guys, This is a complete long shot but worth a go. About 20 odd years ago I used to play on a fruit machine (I believe a 3-reel) which I remember and would like to possibly own it if I can find it. I don't think it was a popular machine as I never saw it anywhere else. It lived in a local club/pu...

C435A Coin mech

Looking for a C435A and just wondered if anyone had one knocking about? I believe the only thing wrong with mine is the PCB itself so if you have one that's mechanically knackered then this could be a possibility also! Let me know and we can negotiate! (No, I am not paying £30 for one) thanks! fat.t...

Maygay/Impulse Coin not accepting

I think this would be a double post but please don't shoot me!! I have a Maygay/Impulse fruit machine which is all working (loads up fine with all flashy pretty lights etc.) other than the fact the machine doesn't go into a game when a coin is inserted. The coins are being sorted to the appropriate ...

Ive played it in test mode just to double check the rest of the machines functionality as the PSU -12V rail failed but i managed to repair it. If the coin mech has lost its memory then shouldnt it fail to detect any coin thats inserted?. What concerns me is the fact the coin mech operates as you wou...

Maygay/Impulse "Hog Money" Coins not credited

I've tried inserting different coins into the coin-mech as normal (worked fine before) all the coins seem to be channeling to the correct places (bottom tray, hopper etc) but the machine doesn't credit them nor does the coin counter meter thing (CASH IN/CASH OUT) click to say it's accepted. Obviousl...

Either the incorrect Stake key or quite possibly a fault on your Power Supply causing the Coin Mech board to not operate correctly

Maygay/Impulse Stadium Power Supply Schematic

I have a Stadium power supply which has lost its -12V rail and on inspection I have a sneaking suspision its something to do with the rectification after the transformer. Unfortunately as this uses a lot of SMD capacitors for signal control and as SMD capacitors have no writing on them, does anyone ...

Hmm, doesnt seem as scary as I thought it would be. Looking at pictures there didnt seem too much in them but wasnt sure if anything was permanently stuck (i.e. the dredded adhesive). Thank you for your help, it was helpful :P

Its an old victorian flat based in a town so the staircase is so small we couldnt even get our 2 seater sofa up there. I did think about the window but theres no way itl fit through the window unless we take it out completely which is something i can't afford to get done. I'd be obtaining a £50 frui...

Dismantling a fruit machine

Im new here so not sure if this is in the right place but anyway, I've been interested in fruit machines for some years but unfortunately unable to buy one due to lack of space. Finally my day has come and I've gained myself a 2 bedroom flat, enough space for a fruit machine. Unfortunately, impossib...
