Fruit Machine Chat

I have a Mazooma Disco inferno that has had several faults, I have followed the kind advice given on this site but can't get it to work (due to lack of knoweldge on my part!)

Does anyone know of an engineer in the Oxford area that would come and look at it??

It seem do do something different everytime I look at it
Today there is no error reading on the display, ive reset it but nothing happens
There are 4 green lights on the main board and a red light on each reel

I have the above machine that comes up with
MUX ROW ERROR 31
I have change the bulb as it was not lighting up the start button but has had no effect
Any suggestions?
