Try this forum. Mpu Mecca they have some experts on there, who are always willing to help. Try taking battery off prog card and fire up. Just cut it off or desolder if confident. Easy to reconnect.

Hi Paul I'm assuming that you have tried the cards in different slots on the impact board? You could leave the sound card out as that won't affect boot up! Any signs of damage on the prog / memory cards? Do you know if the battery is charging when in place on the card? Is the led on the impact board...
