try swapping reels as a temp measure to see if you get the same fault .if the fault stays in that reels position i suggest the reel drivers,or maybe its just as simple as the reel motors loose and allowing the reel to shift

hiya guys i work for a comp that deals with friuty repairs and the landlord does not have to repay you anything as he just rents the machine. it is down to the operator/supplier to first check if theres a fault and check what the last win or banked win show. you would be suprised how often i hear it...
