pubs profit share on"online" quiz machines is generally quite small compared to fruit machines/pool tables etc. i think this gives them no motivation to sort your refunds out.

i am talking abaout free houses and tennants mainly here of course.

would like to get your opinions of pub machine operators/suppliers

please take into consideration the general state of machines eg. bulbs,buttons coin/note acceptance and your experiences with a representative ie an egineer (glorified screwdriver carrier)

that is a bit wierd all faults and non payouts on itboxes are logged and the machine calls an engineer on its own giving the non payout amount info directly. this is because pub managers are not efficient enough at calling us out on their own,as you well know. think your gonna have to swallow this o...

i know why this is. the router/adsl modem in the machine is faulty and is picking up and dropping the comms to main server also possible cable fault. so when the m/c has updated its content it only gets drips and drabs of info. this problem will be picked up on by the operator and hopefully fixed au...

do yourself a favour and buy some proper stake and prize keys (ebay)

multistake keys are notoriously poo especially if ur m/c is a RED.

Hi COOL I think that thieving amongst pub owners/managers is pretty hard to get away with as most machine claims are made electronically now and cash doesnt change hands, the machines are so highly audited that any tea-leafing by cash collectors will show up although i guess where theres money there...

It is the sites responsibility to pay your claims etc. no matter what system,if any, they implement. as it is their takings that the claim is deducted from,fact. any engineer will pay a claim for whatever he is advised by the site/customer unless of course it is blatently a fraud or bullsh*t.
