thanks john-disco have tried what you suggested have swapped the leads and still getting the same error code so i assume that the error is in the board also it has a flashing green light on the board does this mean anything. anyone know where i can get a replacement and how much are these thank dtunam

thanks for the advice, but forgot to mention in original post that the wheels turn freely when machine powered on or off

i turned my machine on the other day and the alarm is on
the wheels dont spin /reset and there is an error message saying
21 reel 1 err
any help or suggestions greatly appreciated i havnt got a clue about fruit machines and dont know where to start looking
