Maybe you should consider that the bar staff or one of the bar staff are on his "payroll" It happens,-bar person phones with the figures of previous night ,-ie how much went in /out etc. and gets a backhander if profitable

The paddle on the reel is not in the middle of the optic when your error comes up. There is adjustment on the optic body to rectify. Check that paddle/optic are not damaged/dirty etc. Hope this helps.
