I remember when I was told a rumour about how to force the streak on the cloud 999s. Unfortunately, they weren't too popular by the time I found out, but I knew where a couple were. WOW! They did work. It was a plugger, but you only needed to plug it 2 or 3 times to empty them. That year I went on h...

I remember the £4.80 Ace system needed you to have £20-£30 just incase the machine had just rolled and needed buzzing up.

Yes, I remember when I first started. A £5 profit after a night out was a "decent victory"

I remember about a month before I found out about the Ace machine line system I could play an Ace for 3-4 hours and end up £30 either way. Nowadays, the only time you could say that on a machine is if you definitely had a method on one. Regular punters don't play fruit machines any more. When a load...

Martal - Jokers Wild - Wasn't that a £4.00 JP? I think Bullseye was a £6 JP. Trayhop - I can't remember Rat Race. What make and JP was it? There were two ways to do reno reels. The original way was to only ever take the feature and nothing else. When they got chipped you could do them in the same wa...

There are so many to choose from, but I'll go for £6 Reno Reels

Not the best or most profitable system I ever had, but I had no income (was a student back then), but I did have 2 Reno Reels in arcades. I used to do them twice a week and they lasted for a good 6 months.

Maybe it's the old age, but I think take 2 came out afterwards. On the machine I'm referring to you could get jackpot by either 3 jackpot symbols or 4 of a kind bars, bells, grapes etc etc. Third feature up was find the lady. The gamble was a suit of cards from 2 to ace going horizontally across the...

Showing my age a bit here, but back when I started playing. Every BFM was fair game. I remember going in a social club that had a club attraction (£150 jackpot). Took a £150 cashpot out. They refilled it so i took the other £150 cashpot out. They refilled it again so I hit £50 on reel match and gamb...

Yeah, just after Cash Zone barcrest brought out Money Maker(?) a 4 reeler where you could empty it by hitting the fruits to get 4 in a row.

Do you remember the machine - I think it was called Money Maker. One of the 1st 20p play £4.80 machines
Good old days.
