The golden games on the pier were all flying 2day (repeat pots + LES). I've never known an attendant to ask what machines i played and how much i won on each before changing up my nuggets. Is it that rare in there for people to win? Suggest it more likely that similar to arcades round here they do ...

If anyone does actually want to play a Double Dragon, found one on a trip to london a couple of weeks back. It is in the Cheers bar near Picadilly Circus

I chased a 'fully steaming' in a bar in my hometown once (owned by a foriegn gentleman). About 60 in for £105. Popped downstairs to the Hof, first board £35, necked my pint and went to leave. Stopped at the door by said foreign gentlemans portley occumplice with words to the effect of "you're ...

Apparantly the one where upgrade is spelt wrong doesn't like mega spin when forcing or the other way round. I can check if any1 is bothered but yeah it's easier just not to play them. Funnily enough, i have had a good success rate on ones saying updrade, (p1 apparently) and very bad results on thos...

Re: cant wait to find new reds

yeah, but funny thing is, to test what i mean will cost less than a tenner.. You're not even guaranteed to get a board for that tenner Other day on a SMTM £21 for a board..................Thinking i was definitely on a loser ARB1.............. result £40 in £105 out. No way you would of made ANY pr...

I do know of a Shark Raving mad, which repeated once for an acquaintance. He actually had the common sense to keep his finger on start, and take a photo on his mobile.............
Because, obviously no-one ever believed him.

Has no-one been told they are using magnets? Over the years i've been barred from 5 pubs with that one - back in them all now tho.
It seems a favourite excuse round here.

Potted a "Big Bucks" in Coral on Tuesday - got 3 of the feature - 1st offer £500 - which it auto-collected. Interestingly tho, there was a £2 win on the centre line which the machine totally ignored. Can seem quite fair to be honest - seen plenty of very good offers on big bucks with three...

Surprised by a number of posts on here, i like this machine its fair and streaks regularly. If its due to streak ANY top can trigger it - rattle n roll / number cruncher have both given me straight £105's. Actually one of my more profitable machines - as long as some unfriendly type hasn't done the ...

Played two, both less than £10 off in busy city centre type pubs, both probably daily floats but playing late at night, both absolutely terrible. 1st one - a good ten weeks ago, £15+ for boards once £15/£20 happy - no easy JP's - nearest win / reel magic well blocked, machine pauses to look for numb...

it's been said before ,but here goes anyway. it wouldn't be the worst idea for pubs to put a few 5pounders in. i'm talking about the type that give a nice size run of course ,joe average would get a nice little play out of for his shrapnel, might even make a few quid now and again.i'm sure they woul...

yeah, a few months back, unless i managed to mess up using quote. My girlfriend works in a bookies, so i know thats how the meters work. Incidentally, as their 500's are on one machine - with no other games, i know that overall they are no where near their 90%+ payout, although in one three week per...
